As I started to upload my pictures to post them I checked everyone's blog and saw that Mel has just posted a belly shot... great minds think alike I suppose. I've been trying to post all day, but had to wait for Justin to come home so he could fix our computer. But anyway, here I am at 37 weeks and 3 days.

Not to be a copy-cat....
I had a mid-wife appointment today and saw Nikki... she thinks that the baby will come any day (she's hoping this weekend because she is on call -- crazy lady!) The baby's head is in the "perfect" position, so says Nikki, and she guesses the baby already weighs 8 pounds... so I'm hoping that she's either wrong about the weight or that I deliver this baby sooner than later. Last week Karen thought that the baby was breech and therefore requested an ultrasound. Even though it caused me to worry, having a 36 week ultrasound was very cool. We know that the baby will have some hair, and we could see her eyelids moving. The picture is just of the face, hopefully you can make it out. Her forehead is at the top of the picture, and she's kind of frowning a little... I would be sad too if I was stuck in someone uterus for 9 months!

Looking good. I had to point out the face to Gerald..I had no problem seeing it but...
Oh and Jen You were stuck in someone's uterus for 9 months :)
Looking good, Jen! Well, if your baby girl comes early, you are ready for her. All the best through your labour and delivery!
CAN'T WAIT!!!
hehehe.... the shadow in the picture... is that your belly????
Any day! You lucky girl...you'll probably go before me ;( I saw Nikki yesterday too and nothing is happening. I think it will be a bit of a wait.
You look really good! Can't wait to see the little lady that's causing that 'bump'. :0) ...and I'm very curious about her name!
Wow, that would be so exciting to go early with your first baby! Late ultrasound are incredible - it's amazing to see how much they've developed since the last ultrasound eh? I had a 30-week one with Josh, and could see his little fingers waving - so cute! It's such a wonderful way to bond with your baby before they're born. Can't wait to meet your little one!
Love the ultrasound picture and I could see her face. Can't wait to also hear her name.
I too was wondering if that is your shadow on the wall through the mirror? How cool!
hey looking real good!!! Aidan and I can't wait to meet her! Everytime I call and you don't answer I wonder if your in the hospital, in Labor!! ah so presumptious!!!! hope all goes well!!
You look beautiful Jen! I agree that it would be nice to go early and I think that you are very ready! Wishing you all the best with your upcoming labour and delivery!
