Kids, Bubbles, and 1 crazy dog

This is my sister's insane dog, Toby. He is very friendly, sweet, and loves the kids. But he is nuts. Tons of energy and not too much common sense. But the kids sure love him and they keep each other busy and wear each other out.
I'm not sure who had more fun with the bubbles....
