Haha...I can just hear Emily at school one day..."oh ya...my dad is stronger than your dad - he can rip the phone book in half!!" She'll even have proof :o)

well..i didn't see any building jumping or flying feats, but i am impressed at the muscles it would take to rip that book in half. tehe. Very impressive
